Chef Karen Anne Murray
2021 marks 35 years since Karen completed her Chef training in Birmingham, England and began working as a chef. Named after her mum and dad, Eddison and Melrose specializes in teatime creations and the manufacturing of Karen Anne’s Granola. Born and raised in England to Jamaican parents, Karen now lives with her family in California. In celebration of her business’ 20th anniversary in 2021, Karen released the cookbook Tea Table, Inspiring Teatime Creations from California’s Central Coast. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International.
